The LZR-FLATSCAN 3D SW is a four-curtain, door-mounted safety system for automatic swing doors. Using LASER Time-of-Flight technology, its 3D detection field guarantees a full-safety coverage of the opening area. It offers the maximum coverage, avoiding unexpected movement of the door leaves.

Based on advanced LASER technology, the LZR-FLATSCAN 3D SW fits all automatic swing doors, no matter the type or environment. Reflective floors, guide rails or narrow corridors are all flawlessly managed by the sensor.

The four laser curtains create a three-dimensional field in front of the door leaves. This 3D field changes the every-day life of many users, especially for the most vulnerable, like children or people with limited mobility.

Leaf Zone Coverage
Four laser curtains fully cover the leaf zone. Any risk of contact with the door is prevented by detecting objects in the pathway and closing only when the door area is free of people or objects.

Pinch Zone Safety
Using Finger Detection Technology™, the hinge-area is risk-free. These high-density curtains offer a precise detection for small objects in the hinge zone. It provides a hygienic solution by avoiding the installation of mechanical finger guards. No need for cleaning and bacteria-free.

Leading Edge Safety
While in motion, the detection zone extends beyond the leading edge of the door for enhanced safety.
COMPLETELY TOUCHLESS
A touchless opening is the perfect germ-free solution. Utilize Virtual Push Buttons in addition to a knowing act device. This way, the door can be activated by the wave of a hand or foot movement.
Additional Accessibility
Achieve an additional form of activation by programming up to two Virtual Push Buttons. You can place two Virtual Push Buttons up to 13 feet around the sensor. Not only does it offer multiple activation spots, but it also reduces the number of door accessories, streamlining installation.
HAND GESTURE SETUP™
Launch the teach-in process. The size of the detection field is defined by a simple hand movement. The sensor will automatically launch an opening cycle to learn the environment.
