No. UL MAGLOCKS must be powered from a UL-listed, regulated, power-limited, power supply.
Use the U-Bracket (10UBRACKETUL) to mount the armature to the swing door.
Use the L and Z bracket kit:

1200lb double = 10MAG5LZUL
That is a Lock Status relay that switches state when the bond occurs; not a lock release.
